Since our company is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after the service is submitted, which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing at our site. Should there be a problem such as our server going down or improperly working, Ydoggie will have the problem repaired immediately. If further complications should arise, Ydoogie will do everything in its power to rectify the problem and there will no refund.
